Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Design Architect located in Mumbai. The Design Architect will be responsible for developing creative architectural designs and managing design projects, creating detailed construction drawings, and ensuring alignment with client requirements. The role also involves effective communication with clients and team members throughout the design and execution phases.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Architectural Design and Design Management
- Expertise in creating and interpreting Construction Drawings
- Outstanding Communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and teams
- Experience in developing and executing innovative architectural solutions
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite is an advantage
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects effectively
- + 6 to + 9 years of Experience
