Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Worli for a Design Architect. The Design Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, creating detailed construction drawings, managing design processes, and ensuring the seamless execution of architectural projects. The role involves collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to create functional and aesthetically appealing spaces. Strong communication and project management skills are essential to effectively guide projects from inception to completion.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• 4–7++ years of relevant professional experience in architectural practice
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, detailing, and construction documentation
• Experience in managing projects from design development to execution
• Proficiency in preparing and coordinating construction drawings and working drawings
• Ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery
• Good command over relevant architectural and design software
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
