Role Description
This is a full-time Design Architect role based on-site in Mumbai, India. The chosen candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and drafting architectural projects, developing detailed drawings, and collaborating with clients and teams to deliver innovative and functional architectural solutions. Additional responsibilities include project management, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders during the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in architectural design and drafting tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other related software.
- Strong skills in conceptualization, space planning, and 3D visualization.
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations.
- Experience with project management and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and team coordination skills.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a creative approach to architectural challenges.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- +6 to 8 years of experience
