Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Design Architect at Studio SB, located in Mumbai. The Design Architect will take the lead in conceptualizing architectural designs and preparing detailed construction drawings. Responsibilities include managing design processes, collaborating with clients, and working with multi-disciplinary teams to oversee project execution, ensuring the final deliverables meet aesthetic, functional, and technical requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Architectural Design and Construction Drawings
- Experience in Design Management and Architecture
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members effectively
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus
