At Studio SB, we are driven by a passion for creating refined, timeless spaces that balance design, detail, and functionality. We are looking for a Junior Architect who is eager to grow, contribute meaningfully, and bring a strong sense of design ownership to every project.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and refining architectural designs under the guidance of senior/associate architects
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless integration of design intent
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and maintain quality and design standards
• Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
• Prepare presentations, design proposals, and reports; thoughtfully incorporate feedback into revisions
• Research materials, design trends, and sustainable practices to enhance project outcomes
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Continuously stay informed about evolving tools, technologies, and industry practices
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in architectural practice (residential, commercial, projects preferred)
• Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of design development and construction documentation
• Good communication and coordination skills with attention to detail
• A proactive mindset with the ability to manage time efficiently and contribute to a collaborative studio environment
