Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect located in Chandigarh, India. The Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing architectural projects from conceptualization to execution. Primary responsibilities include creating detailed architectural plans, integrating functional and aesthetic elements into designs, collaborating with clients and teams, and managing project timelines and deliverables. The role also involves ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations while liaising with contractors and consultants.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design
- Must have 2+ years experience in working drawings
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and monitoring
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in design
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Familiarity with local and international building codes and practices is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
