About the job
We are looking for passionate Senior Architects, Junior Architects, Interior Designers, Draftsmen, and Architectural Interns who are eager to contribute to ambitious design projects and grow with a dynamic studio environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Development
• Assist in conceptual design, space planning, and design development.
• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, detailing, BOQs, presentations, and 3D visualizations.
• Develop working drawings and execution documentation.
• Support material selection, furniture layouts, lighting concepts, and detailing.
• Contribute creative ideas during design discussions and brainstorming sessions.
Project Coordination
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, contractors, and site teams.
• Participate in site visits, measurements, and execution reviews.
• Ensure drawings and documentation are aligned with project timelines and quality standards.
• Support project management and day-to-day coordination activities.
Visualization & Presentation
• Create presentation sheets, renders, mood boards, and client presentations.
• Produce high-quality 3D models and visualization outputs.
• Maintain design documentation and project records.
Team Collaboration
• Work collaboratively with architects, designers, and execution teams.
• Senior team members may lead projects and mentor junior designers/interns.
• Maintain a proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven approach.
Experience Criteria
Intern Architect / Trainee
• Architecture or Interior Design students / fresh graduates.
• Strong willingness to learn and work on live projects.
Junior Architect / Designer
• 0–3 years of experience.
• Ability to independently handle drawings, detailing, and coordination.
Senior Architect / Designer
• 3–8+ years of experience.
• Ability to lead projects from concept to execution.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and client-handling skills.
Proficiency in:
• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Photoshop
• MS Office
• Working Drawings & Detailing
Desired Qualities
• Strong design sensibility and spatial understanding.
• Creativity with practical execution knowledge.
• Attention to detail in materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced studio environment.
• Passion for architecture, interiors, and innovative design.
Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design
