Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Design Apprentice role based in Belgaum. The Design Apprentice will assist in creating technical drawings and designs using CAD software, collaborate with the design team on new product development, and conduct research to support innovation. The role also involves contributing ideas to improve existing designs and participating in brainstorming sessions to address engineering challenges. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment while working closely with senior engineers and technicians.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Graphic Design and a strong understanding of visual aesthetics
- Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software and technical drawing
- Skills in Research and a solid foundation in Hudraulics
- Knowledge of graphics and their application in engineering and product design
- Strong attention to detail and an aptitude for solving complex design challenges
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- A diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design, or a related field is preferred
- Basic knowledge of hydraulic systems is an advantage
