NOVELIC is the radar and perception solutions provider with European HQ, owned by Sona Comstar, Indian public traded, T1 Company. We are establishing Novelic India operation, to support our design, integration and India production activities. On other side our support network is enabling Indian OEMs strong integration and after/market support, to enable introduction of the newest radar safety relevant technologies. We provide radar sensor platforms, products and solutions, custom-made or ready to use, for passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles and 2Ws. Responsibilities
- Radar-sensor-based product support
- Field application support before SOP and after SOP
- System application testing including field testing
- Design & Optimization on radar-based application
- Ability to work and support on digital signal processing level is advantageous
- Strong communication skills are required, due to strong envisaged exchange with remote engineer teams, customer engineers teams in India and regulation bodies
- Writing Technical & Testing reports
- Improve day-to-day operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures for optimizing the cost and an operation effectiveness
- Willingness to travel in India
- Willingness to take education and trainings in Novelic Europe facilities
Qualifications
- University degree in electrical engineering of Embedded SW engineering
- 2+ years of design & testing expertise
- Ability to rapidly understand, rapidly learn and execute engineering tasks
- Experience in high-scale projects with reporting, presentations, subversion systems, bug tracking
- Understanding radar signal processing concepts for automotive ADAS applications is an advantage
- Knowledge of Matlab/Python programming languages and libraries for DPS/ML in them, is an advantage.
- Implementation experience of Matlab/Python algorithms on digital signal processing is an advantage
- Ability to construct decision making on the top of advanced DPS algorithms using ML is an advantage
- Previous design & testing & support experience on radar-based sensor systems is a strong advantage.
- Experience on DSP on TI radar-based platform an advantage.
