Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Design and Quality Engineer based in Gandhinagar. The role involves managing and implementing quality engineering processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and monitoring product quality throughout the development lifecycle. Responsibilities include performing quality assurance, quality control, and contributing to the improvement of quality management systems, as well as collaborating with teams to ensure products meet regulatory and customer requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Engineering, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance methodologies
- Experience in Product Quality evaluation and inspection
- Understanding of Quality Management systems and regulatory compliance processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Exposure to the medical device industry or regulatory standards is a plus
