Minimum 3 years in a role with direct reports across design and/or engineering functions. Demonstrated experience working on a global brand programme, technology, automotive, FMCG, or luxury retail, where engineering documentation standards were defined by the client, not the supplier. Proficiency in SolidWorks; SWood experience is a material advantage.
