Engine & power transmission Gear development engineer With having 5 Year's experience in Automatic Gear Manufacturing.Having great exposure in all kind of gear manufacturing process like wise Hobbing, Shaping, Shaving,Bevel gear cutting face hobbing,Face Milling method both 5 Cut (Wet Cutting) & 2 Cut (dry Cutting). Also having Exposure on Hard process like Bore Honing,Hard turning, Grinding Dia,VMC drilling, Reaming etc.
Dealing with Customer from Start of Activities from Technical feasibility to Part Smoothly gone in SOP with regular supply to customer.Among this Communication clear all kind of technical issue & Submit sample with compliance of PPAP documents.
