We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR-Recruiting Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and new hires, ensuring a seamless transition from the initial interview to the first day on the job. Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting and Onboarding:
- Post and manage job openings across multiple platforms
- Track candidates through the hiring pipeline
- Manage and organize incoming applications and resumes
- Communicate and respond to applicant inquiries
- Coordinate interviews, schedules, and candidate communications
- Generate offer letters and pre-employment requirements
- Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes
HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee files and documentation
- Assist with HR data entry in HRIS system
- Process employee status changes, terminations, and audits
- Respond to basic HR related inquiries
- Direct employees to appropriate HR resources
- Assist with annual open enrollment and annual performance evaluations
Data & Reporting:
- Support HR leadership with reports, trackers, and logs
- Communicate with managers regarding missing documentation or next steps
- Assist with policy distribution and acknowledgments
- Coordinate the annual competency fair for all employees
- Track various licenses and certifications to ensure compliance
