Practice in a facility designed for specialized care, featuring low and high sensory rooms, dedicated observation areas, and a therapeutic milieu tailored to varying cognitive and functioning levels.
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) plays a vital role in our Specialized Needs Unit (SNU), leading the behavioral team in developing and implementing high-impact behavior treatment plans. You will conduct in-depth behavioral analyses, empower staff through procedure-based education, and provide essential training to families and caregivers. Additionally, you will ensure the highest standards of data integrity to drive superior patient care outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver high-quality, measurable behavioral treatments that prioritize patient progress.
- Design and oversee robust data collection systems, procedures, and feedback loops between direct care and clinical teams.
- Develop, coordinate, and perform formal behavioral analyses and treatment protocols for all patients.
- Model and teach behavior plans to staff and families, ensuring everyone is equipped to support the patient’s success.
- Partner with families to schedule and lead effective training sessions while consulting with other departments to improve overall patient care.
- Provide consistent, high-quality supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians.
- Schedule is Friday - Tuesday from 8:00am - 4:30pm.
