🔎 Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional to manage Sea Export Pricing activities for a leading Freight Forwarding company. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of export freight pricing, carrier negotiations, and overseas coordination to support the sales team with competitive and profitable pricing solutions.
🚀 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Sea Export pricing and quotation activities for FCL & LCL shipments
- Coordinate with shipping lines, co-loaders, transporters, and overseas agents for competitive rates
- Prepare accurate and timely quotations for customers and the sales team
- Negotiate freight rates and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Monitor market trends, freight fluctuations, and carrier updates
- Maintain pricing records, tariffs, and customer rate sheets
- Support business development by providing strategic pricing solutions
- Ensure smooth coordination between operations, sales, and customer service teams
✅ Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sea Export Pricing within the Freight Forwarding industry
- Strong knowledge of ocean export operations and freight market trends
- Experience handling FCL/LCL pricing and carrier negotiations
- Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and freight forwarding software/systems
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple quotations efficiently
