Role Description This is a full-time on-site Dermatologist role based at ULIA’s clinic in Gurugram. The Dermatologist will provide clinical consultations, perform diagnosis and management of dermatological conditions, and design individualized treatment plans for aesthetic and medical skin concerns. Responsibilities include performing and overseeing cosmetic dermatology procedures, advising on skincare regimens, and integrating wellness-focused approaches into care. The role involves collaborating with aestheticians and wellness practitioners, documenting patient histories and treatment outcomes, and ensuring adherence to safety, ethical, and clinical protocols. The Dermatologist will also contribute to patient education, participate in case discussions, and stay current with advances in dermatology, cosmetic procedures, and aesthetic technologies.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical foundation in Medicine and Dermatology, with the ability to diagnose and manage a wide range of skin conditions.
- Specialized expertise in Cosmetic Dermatology and Cosmetology, including non-invasive and minimally invasive aesthetic procedures.
- Focused experience in managing Acne and related dermatological issues, including procedural and pharmacological treatments.
- Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with residency/postgraduate training in Dermatology; relevant board certification or specialist registration preferred.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical, patient-centered care, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse patient populations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary wellness setting and adapt treatment plans to individual patient goals and safety standards.
- Comfort with using modern dermatology technologies and devices, and willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development.
