Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dermatologist role based at Isya Aesthetics in Vasant Vihar. The Dermatologist will provide comprehensive medical and cosmetic dermatology consultations, diagnose and treat a wide range of skin and hair conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with the clinic’s integrative philosophy. Daily responsibilities include performing dermatologic and aesthetic procedures, counseling patients on skincare, diet, and lifestyle, and documenting clinical findings and treatments in an accurate and timely manner. The role involves collaborating with other care professionals to ensure high standards of hygiene, patient safety, and service quality, as well as staying current with new technologies and evidence-based protocols. The Dermatologist is expected to maintain a patient-centered approach, delivering compassionate care in a refined, calm environment.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in clinical Medicine and specialized training in Dermatology.
- Demonstrated expertise in Cosmetic Dermatology and Cosmetology, including aesthetic procedures and skin rejuvenation treatments.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and managing Acne and related skin conditions across diverse skin types.
- Relevant medical degree (MBBS) with MD or equivalent specialization in Dermatology; valid medical license/registration.
- Experience with advanced dermatologic devices and laser technologies; openness to adopting new protocols and innovations.
- Excellent communication and patient counseling skills, with the ability to explain treatment options and lifestyle recommendations clearly.
- Commitment to strict hygienic standards, meticulous documentation, and ethical, evidence-based practice.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and deliver high-quality care in a luxury clinical setting.
