Role Description The Dermatologist will provide comprehensive clinical care, including diagnosing and treating a wide range of skin, hair, and nail conditions, with a particular focus on cosmetic and anti-aging treatments. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, recommending personalized treatment plans, performing procedures such as dermal fillers, laser therapies, and other non-surgical interventions, and monitoring treatment outcomes. The role involves maintaining detailed medical records, ensuring adherence to safety and quality protocols, and collaborating with the clinic team to deliver consistent, patient-centered care. The Dermatologist will also provide pre- and post-treatment guidance, educate patients on skincare and preventive measures, and stay current with advances in dermatology and aesthetic medicine. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Agelock Skin Clinic in Chandigarh.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in clinical Medicine and Dermatology, with the ability to diagnose and manage a wide range of skin conditions.
- Expertise in Cosmetic Dermatology and Cosmetology, including non-surgical aesthetic procedures and anti-aging treatments.
- Hands-on experience in managing Acne and related scarring, with knowledge of evidence-based treatment protocols.
- Recognized medical degree (MBBS) with MD/DNB/PG Diploma in Dermatology or equivalent, and valid medical registration/license.
- Precision-focused procedural skills, strong clinical judgment, and commitment to patient safety and ethical practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and explain treatment options clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a high-volume aesthetic clinic environment and adapt to new technologies and techniques.
- Prior experience in aesthetic or anti-aging clinics and familiarity with laser devices and injectables is highly beneficial.
