Role Description The Dermatologist will provide comprehensive skin, hair, and nail care to patients, including diagnosing conditions, developing treatment plans, and performing dermatological and cosmetic procedures. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations, taking detailed medical histories, examining patients, prescribing appropriate medications and therapies, and following up on treatment outcomes. The role also involves using advanced equipment and technology, maintaining accurate medical records, collaborating with clinic staff to ensure quality care, and educating patients on preventive skincare and treatment options. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, requiring consistent presence at the clinic and active participation in maintaining high standards of clinical service and patient experience.
Qualifications
- Recognized medical degree (MBBS) with specialization in Dermatology (MD/DNB/DDVL or equivalent) and valid medical registration.
- Clinical expertise in diagnosing and managing common and complex dermatological conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, pigmentary disorders, infections, and hair and nail diseases.
- Hands-on experience with dermatological and cosmetic procedures such as lasers, chemical peels, cryotherapy, minor surgeries, injectables, and other aesthetic treatments.
- Strong patient-centric approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills for counseling and educating diverse patient groups.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and adhere to clinical protocols and safety standards.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current dermatology guidelines, evidence-based practices, and willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Prior experience in a multispecialty or chain clinic setting is an advantage; familiarity with electronic medical records and clinic management systems is beneficial.
