Job Title: DVP – Digital Sales & Analytics (B2C Online)
Role Summary
Lead
digital sales growth and analytics for the B2C online stock broking segment, driving
customer acquisition, revenue, retention, and performance optimization through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive online client acquisition, activation, and trading revenue
- Optimize digital funnels, conversions, CAC, and ROI
- Lead performance marketing and growth analytics
- Improve customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Tech, and Risk teams
- Track and improve sales, revenue, and cohort metrics
Requirements
- 10+ years in Digital Sales / Growth / Analytics
- Experience in Stock Broking / Fintech / Capital Markets
- Strong expertise in data analytics and performance marketing
- Proven leadership in scaling B2C digital revenue
