๐ผ About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven leader to head the Mosambee process, driving large-scale merchant acquisition and sales operations across India ๐ฎ๐ณ. This role demands strategic thinking ๐ง , strong leadership ๐ฅ, and hands-on execution in the B2C / Direct Sales / Digital Payments ecosystem ๐ณ.
๐ Key Responsibilities
๐ Develop and execute merchant acquisition strategies across multiple segments
๐ฏ Drive end-to-end sales lifecycle: sourcing, lead generation, pitching, negotiation & closure
๐จ ๐ฉ ๐ง ๐ฆ Lead and manage field sales teams and team leaders across regions
๐ณ Ensure onboarding & activation of merchants (Soundbox, QR codes, digital payments)
๐ง ๐ซ Coach, mentor & track team performance to achieve targets
๐ฃ Plan and execute marketing & promotional strategies for market penetration
๐ Analyze sales data, identify gaps & implement corrective actions
โ๏ธ Travel extensively to expand and strengthen market presence
๐ Ensure compliance, policy adherence & operational excellence
๐ Key Requirements
โ๏ธ 10+ years in Direct Sales / B2C / Merchant Acquisition / Retail Field Sales
โ๏ธ Strong experience in Field Sales & Team Handling (Mandatory)
โ๏ธ Background in Telecom ๐ถ / Fintech ๐ฐ / Digital Payments ๐ณ preferred
โ๏ธ Hands-on experience with QR payments, Soundbox & merchant onboarding
โ๏ธ Proven track record of exceeding sales targets ๐
