Job Purpose
The Business Analyst will be part of the Technology as Business unit, a high impact engineering organization that has delivered platforms at massive scale (60M+ app downloads, 96B+ API transactions) with omni channel presence across Android, iOS, and Web.
This role operates in a POD-based, product engineering environment, with primary ownership of end-to-end delivery coordination, ensuring seamless execution across Product (PMG), Engineering (PDG), QA, and Support (SSG) teams.
The Business Analyst is responsible for driving requirement clarity, delivery tracking, stakeholder alignment, and execution governance, ensuring high-quality, timely, and scalable product delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Duties And Responsibilities
- End-to-End Delivery Ownership (CRITICAL)
- Own end-to-end delivery lifecycle from requirement inception to production rollout
- Drive project planning, execution tracking, and milestone governance
- Ensure clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders
- Proactively identify risks, delays, and dependencies and drive resolution
- Act as the single point of accountability for delivery coordination across PODs and teams
- Delivery Governance & Tracking
- Maintain and track:
o Sprint progress
o Delivery milestones
o Risk logs and dependency trackers
- Drive daily/weekly governance reviews with stakeholders
- Ensure transparent reporting to leadership on delivery status
- Playing Scrum master role in the scrum master and performing daily stand-up and publishing the MOM and retrospection
- Stakeholder Communication
- Act as the central communication bridge between:
o Business teams
o Engineering teams
o QA and DevOps
o Clear requirement communication
o No ambiguity in delivery expectations
o Timely escalation of issues
- Execution Discipline
- Ensure adherence to:
o Agile practices
o Delivery timelines
o Defined scope
- Push teams toward closure, not just discussion|
- Support optimization of onboarding journeys through testing, feedback loops, and behavioral insights
- Contribute to reducing Time-to-First-Value (TTFV) and improving onboarding efficiency
- Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams for improvements
Key Decisions / Dimensions
- Prioritization of features and backlog based on delivery feasibility and business impact
- Identification and escalation of delivery risks and blockers
- Trade-offs between:
o Scope vs timelines
o Business demand vs engineering capacity
- Driving go/no-go readiness from a delivery and requirement clarity perspective
- Selecting execution approaches to meet deadlines while maintaining quality
Major Challenges
- Managing delivery across multiple stakeholders, PODs, and business units simultaneously
- Ensuring alignment between business expectations and engineering execution
- Driving delivery in a high-speed, continuously evolving environment
- Handling ambiguity in requirements while maintaining delivery timelines

Required Qualifications And Experience
o Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology
o Preferred: Computer Science / IT
- Should have 1– 5 years of mobile/digital domain experience
- Prior & relevant experience in Mobile Apps domain across multiple operating systems
- Work Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in Business Analysis / Product / Digital domain
- Strong experience in:
- Digital products (Mobile / Web)
- Requirement gathering and documentation
- Experience working in:
o Agile / DevOps environment
- Fast-paced product organizations
