Job Purpose
To ensure effective governance, standardization, and operational excellence across credit operations by driving policy adherence, process efficiency, risk control, and stakeholder coordination.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Minimum required Accountabilities for this role:
Ensure governance and compliance of credit operations processes
Monitor underwriting quality, policy adherence, TATs and productivity
Drive process standardization and continuous improvements
Review MIS, dashboards, root cause analysis and corrective actions
Coordinate with Risk, Credit, IT and Business teams
Identify opportunities for process automation and digitization.
- Support implementation of rule based decisioning, system validations, and system capabilities
- Work closely with IT and Product teams to reduce manual intervention and errors.
- Additional Accountabilities pertaining to the role:
Support automation and digitization initiatives
Participate in audits, regulatory inspections and remediation actions
Training and SOP ownership

Educational Qualifications
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Qualifications
- Graduate / Post Graduate
- Exposure to audits, regulatory reviews, and process transformation is an advantage
- Work Experience
- Strong understanding of SFDC workflows and stages
- Knowledge of lending products, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Hands on experience with BRE rules, SFDC/ Pennant systems, and workflow tools
- Strong MIS, data analysis, and Excel skills
- Own and maintain SOPs, process documents, and credit operations manuals.
- Conduct periodic training and refreshers for ops, sales support, and new joiners.
- Share best practices and learnings across teams
