The Money Club is a pioneering fintech platform in India, dedicated to enhancing financial inclusion for the country's underserved populations. Founded in 2018, the platform leverages technology to modernize traditional Rotating Savings and Credit Associations (ROSCAs), making them more scalable and secure for over 400 million lower-middle-class Indians.
So far, The Money Club has successfully empowered over 7 lakh users, facilitating the rotation of over INR 400 crore in savings and generating over 5.3 million transactions with an impressive default rate below 1%.
As part of its next growth phase, the company is in process to apply for an NBFC-P2P license and aims to evolve its model to operate as a regulated entity. This strategic shift will further enhance its capabilities to provide financial services to broader underserved communities, ensuring greater compliance and stability.
Role Overview:
Money Club is looking for a high-energy Deputy Manager to run the Power Club Leadership Program—from onboarding club leaders to managing their performance and relationships. You will work closely with the Head of Operations and lead a young team to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely execution.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Power Club Leadership Program: Manage onboarding of new club leaders, maintain a strong and active leader pool as per business needs Ensure leader portfolios deliver healthy returns Build strong relationships and resolve queries quickly
- Operations & Process: Ensure strict adherence to daily SOPs, Maintain high accuracy
- and timeliness in operations.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of supervisors and callers Set daily targets and track performance Drive accountability and speed of execution.
- Coordination & Reporting: Work closely with the Head of Operations Share regular updates with the CEO on program performance
KPIs
- Pool of active power club leaders & their retention as per business needs
- Portfolio performance / returns of power club leaders
- SLA for query resolution.
- Team productivity metrics.
Required Skill Set:
- any graduate with 3–4 years of experience in Relationship Management / Sales (Fintech, NBFC, or similar preferred.
- Strong execution mindset (hands-on and detail-oriented)
- Experience managing small to mid-sized teams
- High attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong communication and coordination skills
