- Assist the Team Leader in planning, implementation, and monitoring of project activities
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and government authorities
- Supervise multidisciplinary teams and ensure effective team performance
- Review project deliverables, reports, designs, and technical documents
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and milestones
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and contractual obligations
- Support procurement processes, bid evaluations, and contract management
- Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and resolve project issues
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and communication with stakeholders
- Act as Team Leader in their absence
