Responsibilities
- Lead Generation - Generating new leads for reaching out to potential market
- Cold Calling - Reaching out to the customers to introduce company and services
- Sales Visit - Generating new sales opportunities through cold calls, Emails and visit to customer premises within the city as well as to other cities (Outstation visits)
- Customer Acquisition - Onboarding new customers
- P&L Proposal - Understand customer requirement, prepare solution, P&L and proposal
- Local Coordination - Coordinating with respective stakeholder to work on transportation proposal
- Customer Agreement- All communication with customers regarding agreement finalization
- Implementation - Coordinate with customers & Internal team to meet smooth and go live as per planned schedule
- Work with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Insure on time invoice submission, payment follow up and collection
- Reporting - Reporting new business queries on daily/weekly basis. Sharing the detailed data of all revenue, number of new customers approached and sharing on monthly basis.
- The sales data, sales forecast and planning for next month with target customers, preparing data for varies customer activities
- Product & Services - Mainly warehousing, Transportation, in house logistics services. Selling of freight forwarding customs clearance, packing will have added advance
Qualifications
Masters in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, MBA in Marketing/INTL. Business.
