Role Description Job Role
Candidate will operate from Jaipur Office and will be responsible for handling complete sales operations, distributor coordination, team monitoring and business growth for assigned states.
The role includes monitoring and controlling Super Stockists, Distributors, RSM, ASM, TSO & field sales teams for achieving sales targets and market expansion.
Candidate will directly report to Management / MD.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in FMCG, cosmetics, or hair care products.
- Strong skills in relationship management, negotiation, and closing sales with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Ability to analyze sales data, prepare reports, forecast demand, and track performance against targets.
- Familiarity with territory management, channel development, and market expansion in India; exposure to export markets is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor complete sales operations of assigned states from Jaipur office.
- Handle and coordinate Super Stockists & Distributor Networ
- Monitor RSM / ASM / TSO & field teams regularly
- Ensure achievement of monthly & yearly sales targets
- Focus on secondary sales growth and market coverage
- Handle sales schemes, market offers & claim approvals
- Coordinate with accounts & management regarding claims and sales reports
- Track market performance and competitor activities
- Develop business expansion plans for assigned territories
- Conduct regular reviews with sales teams and distributors
- Candidate must be willing to travel for market visits and business reviews whenever required
- Willingness to travel within assigned territories and occasionally to other regions as required.
