The Project
This is a 1.5 million sq. ft. of R&D centre and factory project in electronic city, Bengaluru, comprising of 2 basements and five towers of different height each. It is an SEZ and industrial construction project.
Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Lead project management and resource coordination, ensuring the right expertise and services are in place to deliver client objectives.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes and maintain clear communication strategies.
- Champion Mace’s Safety First value, embedding health, safety, and wellbeing practices across all stages of delivery.
- Procure, manage, and integrate design teams and consultants, overseeing briefs, scopes, fees, claims, and variations to achieve effective collaboration.
- Oversee programme development and delivery, from inception through construction, ensuring milestones, budgets, risks, and quality standards are met.
- Lead project execution in line with agreed plans, KPIs, and strategic priorities, ensuring robust governance, risk management, and seamless handover.
You’ll Need To Have
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in the relevant field.
