Qualification : - B. Tech / BE /Experience required - 8+Yrs
Experience should be from Good Japanese Automotive MNC Only
Roles & Responsibility
1. Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime
2. Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines
3. Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines
4. Set ambitious production goals and communicate them to key personnel Provide motivation, support, and guidance to all employees
5. Communicate any problems or obstacles to senior management
6. Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising Safety, product qua
7. Create schedules for employees to ensure optimum staffing levels
Skill set Required:
1. Complete knowledge of the production process, safety, and health protocols
2. Familiarity with the production metrics

5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
