Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy Production Manager located in Harohalli. The Deputy Production Manager will oversee and optimize daily production operations, ensure adherence to quality standards, and coordinate with teams to maintain efficient workflows. Responsibilities also include supervising production schedules, managing teams, troubleshooting machinery issues, and ensuring workplace safety standards are always maintained. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional departments to achieve production goals and implement process improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in production operations, workflow management, and team supervision
- Proficiency in troubleshooting machinery issues and understanding of manufacturing technologies
- Knowledge of quality standards, such as ISO 22000, and adherence to safety regulations
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills for process improvement and operational efficiency
- Educational qualification in Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the food manufacturing industry is highly advantageous
- Ability to work on-site in Harohalli and flexibility for dynamic production schedules
