About the Role
We are looking for a proactive City Operations Manager to oversee client servicing, city operations, and field execution for premium residential societies. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experience, leading city teams, ensuring operational excellence, and driving overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the SPOC for RWAs, Facility Managers, Builders, and premium societies.
- Build strong client relationships to drive satisfaction, renewals, and retention.
- Manage day-to-day city operations and ensure SLA adherence.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor field operations teams for efficient service delivery.
- Conduct site visits, audits, and ensure compliance with company SOPs.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and logistics for smooth operations.
- Drive operational efficiency, timely renewals, payment collections, and resource optimization.
- Prepare MIS reports, track operational metrics, and present performance updates to management.

- Client servicing and problem-solving abilities.
- Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and CRM tools.
- Ability to manage multiple sites in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related fields.
- 5–10 years of experience in Operations, Client Servicing, or Service Delivery.
- Experience managing field teams is preferred.
- Own two-wheeler/four-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory.
