📢 Reports to: Medical Superintendent
⏳ Experience: 7–10 years (3–5 years in leadership)
🎓 Qualification: MHA / MBA (Healthcare) | MBBS/BDS preferred
🏭 Industry: Multispecialty Hospital (NABH-accredited)
Key Responsibilities:
AreaKey Tasks
Hospital Administration
Daily operations, patient journey management, TAT reduction, productivity enhancement
Financial Acumen
Dashboard monitoring, revenue optimization, cost control, OP to ancillary conversion
Patient Experience
Grievance redressal, NPS tracking, service culture, F&B & housekeeping oversight
Stakeholder Relations
Regulatory liaison, clinical engagement, team leadership & mentoring
Must-Haves:
- ✅ NABH accreditation experience
- ✅ Strong analytical & financial reporting skills
- ✅ Leadership & emotional intelligence
- ✅ Knowledge of insurance/TPA processes
