Role Overview
We are seeking a driven, high-energy Real Estate Sales Associate to join our growing team. This isn't a role for someone brand new to the industry; we are looking for a professional who has already "cut their teeth" in the fast-paced world of property brokerage.
The ideal candidate understands the hustle required to close deals, knows how to navigate property portals, and possesses the grit to turn cold leads into long-term clients. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process, from initial prospecting to final handshake.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Proactively follow up on inbound leads and generate new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Property Showings: Conduct professional site visits and property tours, highlighting key features and investment potential to prospective buyers.
- Negotiation: Act as a strategic intermediary between buyers and sellers to negotiate prices and terms that ensure a win-win closing.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on local market trends, property values, and inventory to provide expert advice to clients.
- CRM Maintenance: Diligently track all client interactions and pipeline progress within our CRM system.
- Transaction Coordination: Assist clients through the legal and financial paperwork required for a seamless property transfer.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of active experience in real estate sales.
- Industry Background: Proven track record of working within a real estate brokerage or broking firm. We value candidates who understand the agency model.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency in using real estate portals (e.g., Zillow, MagicBricks, Bayut, etc.) and CRM software.
- Mobility: Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for site visits.
- Attributes: A self-starter mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work flexible hours (including weekends).
