Deputy Manager – Technical Sales (Resident)

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven candidates to join our Technical Sales team. You will be responsible for handling incoming sales enquiries and working within our sales departments. The role requires a proactive approach to building relationships and providing reliable solutions directly to our customers.

Role Locations: Ludhiana (Punjab)

Responsibilities

• Building the SEW brand and value proposition in the market
• Achieving sales targets to OEM/EU customers in the area assigned
• Ensuring service and application support to customers in the area
• Achieving profitability targets given by the branch manager
• Collection of receivables
• Timely collection of statutory forms
• Identification and encashment of project business
• Managing and developing relationships with customers
• Forecasting and reporting of sales, trends, and competitor activities
• Development of distribution channels
• Sales promotional activities like technical seminars, presentation
• Administration of accounts for self
• Responsible to maintain documents and records as per QMS procedure of the department

Qualifications

• Education: BE/B.Tech - Electrical (EE), Electrical & Electronics (EEE), Mechanical engineering from reputed institute. (Other branches, please excuse)
• Experience: 2+ years in direct selling of industrial automation/engineering products
• Essential Skills: Customer Relationship Management, Sales Skills, Communication & Presentation Skills, Negotiation Skills
