Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Deputy Manager in Talent Acquisition (Sales Hiring). The primary responsibility includes managing the end-to-end recruitment process for the sales team, developing and executing strategic hiring plans, and effectively sourcing and engaging with the best-fit candidates. The role involves liaising with hiring managers, screening and interviewing candidates, and ensuring a streamlined onboarding process. Additionally, the Deputy Manager will analyze hiring data and trends to provide insights improving hiring strategies and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.


Qualifications

  • Expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
  • Proficiency in developing talent acquisition strategies specifically for sales hiring.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical ability to assess hiring data for insights and continuous process improvement.
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools-Naukri and LinkedIn
  • Experience in managing large hiring campaigns in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are a plus.
