Role Description
We are seeking a Deputy Manager - Talent Acquisition for a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building and promoting employer branding, and collaborating with hiring managers to attract the best talent. The Deputy Manager will ensure a seamless candidate experience, implement sourcing strategies, and oversee the interview and selection process to meet organizational hiring needs efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies
- Strong skills in Interviewing and Hiring processes
- Experience in Employer Branding and talent attraction initiatives
- Proficiency in stakeholder and candidate engagement to ensure a positive experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment operations for high-volume and niche roles
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies is a plus
