Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Manage Receipt & Dispatch sections, BIW, and Vendor-Aid stores effectively.
- Ensure accurate execution of all transactions in the Receipt and Dispatch section.
- Maintain proper storage of bodies and ensure timely supplies to internal customers in BIW.
- Achieve targeted truck turnaround time.
- Ensure total material accountability and maintain a zero-safety-incident environment.
- Train associates and officers on BBS2 practices.
- Implement FIFO across all operations.
- Drive TPM implementation as per the defined roadmap.
- Maintain the scrap yard as per guidelines and fulfill all SPD requirements.
- Ensure timely dispatch of rejected materials back to suppliers.
- Leverage IT-enabled systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Plan manpower and resources proactively.
- Possess working knowledge of packaging and trolley design.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical / Automobile)
- Bachelor of Technology (Mechanical / Automobile)
- Diploma in Warehouse Management / Logistics / Supply Chain Management
General Experience
2 to 6 years of experience in Procurement, Inventory Management, or Supply Chain Management.
