Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy Manager of Sales Marketing, based in Kolkata. The role entails strategizing and executing sales and marketing initiatives, developing business plans, and managing sales operations to achieve revenue targets. The Deputy Manager will build and nurture client relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and identify strategies to capture market share. Collaboration with internal stakeholders, measuring performance metrics, and ensuring customer satisfaction will be integral parts of the role.

- Strong Analytical Skills and Business Planning abilities to interpret market trends and drive strategic initiatives
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client interactions and maintain satisfaction
- Proficiency in Sales Operations and experience in driving operational efficiency
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales objectives and deliver on marketing goals
- Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities to lead teams effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Experience in the sanitaryware, construction, or related industries is an advantage
