Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy Manager Quality Assurance, based in Dharwad. The role involves monitoring and improving quality management systems, ensuring compliance with quality standards, conducting audits, and analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. The Deputy Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality assurance initiatives, oversee inspection processes, and support continuous improvement efforts within the manufacturing operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in quality management systems, auditing, and compliance standards
- Experience in quality control, process improvement, and quality inspection techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordination with teams and reporting
- Familiarity with ISO standards and other relevant quality frameworks is preferred
- Ability to lead and mentor teams while managing multiple quality assurance projects
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in the electrical infrastructure or industrial automation domain, is an advantage
