Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
· Develop and manage paid media budgets, ensuring cost-effective spending and high ROI.
· Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to enhance campaign performance.
· Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics, providing insights and data-driven recommendations.
· Optimize campaigns based on CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates.
· Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals.
· Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm changes in digital advertising.
· Implement retargeting, remarketing, and audience segmentation strategies for improved conversion rates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a proven track record in lead generation and conversions.
· Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms.
· Experience in managing budgets and optimizing ad spending for maximum results.
· Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
· Strong understanding of SEO, landing page optimization, and funnel marketing.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
EdTech experience is mandatory for this role.
