Job Purpose

Duties And Responsibilities
Partnering with businesses & Stakeholder Management?Manage the overall HR lifecycle of the allocated business.?Execute key HR processes in terms of process adherence & timelines – On-Boarding, IJP release, auto-promotion release, RNR & performance management ?Connect with employees during branch visits / face-to-face, telephonic discussions and gauze their engagement pulse.?Timely reporting of people data and initiatives covering Headcount Analysis, Attrition snapshot, Manpower planning on budget vs actual, etc. Review with business & own function?Discuss/ exchange ideas and best practices on people challenges/ initiatives with other HR partners
Required Qualifications And Experience
- Qualifications?Post-graduation in Human Resources b)Work Experience?Experience of 1-2 years in HR domain ?Sound understanding of business context
