Role Description
The Deputy Manager of Information Technology is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai. This position involves managing IT operations, providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, and leading a team of IT professionals. The Deputy Manager will oversee IT infrastructure, implement technology solutions, and ensure systems are optimized to support business functions. This role requires effective coordination with other departments and managing IT projects to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Information Technology, including IT infrastructure management and technological proficiency
- Experience in Technical Support and advanced Troubleshooting for resolving system issues
- Proven ability in Team Leadership and Team Management to guide and enhance team performance
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Familiarity with industry standards, certifications, and compliance requirements is an advantage
- Prior experience in corporate IT roles or managing IT teams in engineering or industrial companies is beneficial
