Minimum Eligibility Criteria (as of 05th June 2026):
Minimum Qualification: 2 years’ Full Time MBA (Marketing / Supply Chain Management / Logistics) or Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Management (Marketing / Supply Chain Management / Logistics)
Minimum Experience: 5 years’ post-qualification experience in marketing with at least 2 years in 3PL business
Preferred Qualification/ Experience:
- Preferred Experience - 05 years’ experience in 3PL business
- Preferred Qualification - Full Time Engineering Graduate with 2 years’ MBA or Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Marketing / Supply Chain Management / Logistics

SBU/Function/Vertical: Logistics Services (3PL)
Responsibilities:
- Must have a database or client contacts to procure 3PL business.
- The main task is leasing warehouses and handling operations if required.
- Experience in selling warehouse spaces and 3PL warehouse services is essential.
- Knowledge of the warehouse industry and 3PL operations is required.
- Monitor market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Acquire new corporate clients and sell 3PL warehousing and distribution solutions.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients and internal departments.
- Manage key accounts with existing clients, focusing on new business opportunities.
- Develop a business development strategy to track potential customers and increase market share.
- Proficiency in contract logistics services and solution selling is necessary.
- Actively prospect and identify potential clients through various channels.
- Lead market research to assess the viability of products/services.
- Analyze marketing data to evaluate success and improve brand exposure.
- Manage and lead sales teams, ensuring they meet deadlines and sales targets.
- Develop and manage KPI measurements, goals, and processes for accountability.
- Any other job assigned from time to time.
