Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy Manager - Maintenance, based in Tijara. The role involves overseeing daily maintenance operations, implementing preventive maintenance measures, managing equipment maintenance activities, and ensuring smooth functioning of manufacturing processes. The Deputy Manager will lead a team, address maintenance challenges, manage repairs, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Possess strong Supervisory Skills to oversee maintenance teams and coordinate activities effectively.
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair to ensure optimal operational performance and quick resolution of breakdowns.
- Experience in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance Management to minimize downtime and optimize equipment lifespan.
- Solid knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and technical acumen relevant to manufacturing maintenance.
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics and instrumentation engineering equivalent to electrical engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to manage teams, and excellent communication abilities.
- Relevant experience in the manufacturing or bathroom product industry is highly desirable.
