🌍 Hiring – International Sales & Marketing Professional
We are looking for a highly motivated and aggressive International Sales & Marketing professional to handle business development activities across multiple international countries and regions.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle sales and marketing activities across multiple international countries and regions
• Develop and expand business for Solvents, Specialty Chemicals, and allied products
• Identify new business opportunities, untapped markets, and potential customers
• Independently develop assigned countries and achieve sales growth targets
• Conduct market research regarding product demand, pricing trends, competition, and customer requirements
• Maintain strong knowledge of market conditions, product positioning, pricing strategy, and supply chain movements
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with importers, distributors, manufacturers, and end users
• Generate leads through online platforms, exhibitions, references, market intelligence, and direct customer interaction
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, payment conditions, and contracts effectively
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams, and customers for smooth execution of orders
• Travel internationally for customer meetings, supplier visits, exhibitions, conferences, and market development activities
• Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, market analysis, and customer feedback reports
• Work aggressively towards expanding the company’s footprint in new regions and industries
• Think creatively and strategically to penetrate difficult or unexplored markets
• Continuously monitor competitor activities, product trends, and global market developments
🔹 Required Skills & Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of Solvents, Specialty Chemicals, Petrochemicals, or Industrial Chemicals market
• Excellent understanding of international trade and export business
• Strong understanding of market development, product positioning, pricing strategy, customer behavior, and global supply-demand trends
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure situations
• Hardworking, target-oriented, and self-motivated personality
• Excellent customer relationship management skills
• Capability to think beyond boundaries and develop unconventional business opportunities
• Strong networking and lead generation capability
• Willingness to travel internationally frequently
