Role Description
This full-time on-site role as Deputy Manager Human Resources is located in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. The position involves overseeing employee relations, recruitment and staffing, implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The Deputy Manager will also manage employee performance reviews, handle conflict resolution, drive employee engagement initiatives, and foster a positive work environment. Collaboration with senior management to align HR strategies with the company’s goals is a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Recruitment, Staffing, and Talent Acquisition strategies
- Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution practices
- Experience with HR Policy Development and Implementation
- Familiarity with Labor Law Compliance and HR Reporting
- Skills in Performance Management and Employee Engagement initiatives
- Proficiency in HR software and technologies
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus
- Relevant experience in human resources management, ideally in the textile or manufacturing sector
