Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy Manager of Human Resources, based in Raipur. The Deputy Manager HR will oversee recruitment processes, ensure effective onboarding, manage employee relations, and drive talent management initiatives. Additionally, the role will involve handling employee engagement activities, HR compliance, payroll management, and implementing HR policies to align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition
- Proficiency in employee relations management and HR compliance
- Experience in designing and implementing HR policies and employee engagement programs
- Knowledge of payroll management and HR software tools
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in human resources roles; experience in real estate or similar industries is a plus
