Role Description
This full-time hybrid role, based in Gurgaon, serves as the Deputy Manager of Human Resources for Dorset Industries Private Limited. Key responsibilities include developing HR strategies, managing recruitment processes, ensuring employee engagement, and overseeing compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role also involves training and development programs, performance management, and contributing to organizational development initiatives. While the position is primarily on-site, some remote work options are possible, ensuring flexibility for the right candidate.
