Role Purpose:
This position is responsible for HRMS while also enhancing HRMS capabilities. To be an interface between internal/external customers and functional team members to ensure effective delivery of HRMS applications.
Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities:
Financial:
- Promote proactive approaches using HRMS to solve business needs/problems while also enhancing the understanding and acceptance of the HRMS capabilities.
- Based on business need, negotiate priorities and support requirements working with the IT department facilitating for corporate, branch sales and factory locations.
Customer:
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with the HRMS customer base.
- Serve as an interface between internal/external customers and the functional team members to ensure effective definition and delivery of HRMS applications.
Process:
· Maintain awareness of vendor plans and the potential impact of those plans on current and future HRMS functionality.
· Provide overall prioritization of work assignments and management of functional team resources and their activities.
People:
- Train HRBPs on HRMS
- Train HR team on new functionality introduced
Key Deliverables:
% Adherence to Service Level Agreement for processes- Central Management of HRMS process (Incl. Payroll Input / FNF / Master Updates etc)
% MIS Data Submission
System and Data accuracy along with Employee Experience
% Adherence to Process Milestones
Key Interactions:
· Internal stakeholders: IT department, HRBPs, Employees at all locations, Senior Management
· External stakeholders: Vendors, HRMS System Vendors
Key Dimensions:
· IC Role
Educational Qualifications:
· Bcom/BE/BBA
· MBA- Systems added advantage.
Experience (Type & Nature):
7-8 years with 1-2 years relevant experience.
Functional Competencies
- Working knowledge of HRMS software applications and products
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
