Role Description

This full-time, on-site Deputy Manager position for Home/Mortgage Loans is based in Ahmedabad. The Deputy Manager will manage mortgage loan processes, including evaluating client requirements, recommending suitable mortgage solutions, and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders. Responsibilities include loan origination, building and managing client relationships, conducting market analyses for mortgage services, and achieving sales targets while adhering to organizational compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Mortgage Industry, including Mortgage Lending and Loan Origination
• Expertise in Mortgage Marketing strategies and techniques
• Strong understanding of Finance and financial management principles
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage client relationships effectively
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or relevant field
• Prior experience in a similar role or in the financial services sector is preferred
